FLL Coaches' Primer, by Skye Sweeney - This is one of the best guides out there for learning some of the basics of robotics and starting a team. It has been around for 5 years and is still one of the best. Much of it is related to FLL but there is a great deal of general robotics and team building info there as well.
FLL Programming 101 NXT-G, by Doug Frevert and Fred Rose (and others). A moderate to advanced overview of programming the NXT. For older kids who already have some experience on the NXT-G (some good material for starters too).
